Heavy duty shelves are currently the most widely used type of large storage shelves. Although its storage rate is relatively low, it is not limited by the type of goods and the time of entry and exit, so it is used by most customers.

Due to the heavy storage of items, heavy-duty shelves need to be used in conjunction with pallets and forklifts. The height of the high-level heavy-duty shelf we designed this time is 8.4 meters, with four layers of crossbeams and five layers for storage. The customer uses an electric forklift, and our aisle design is 3.8 meters. The spacing between the double row heavy-duty shelves is 200mm. The size of the heavy-duty shelves is L2700 * W1000 * H8400mm, and the customer uses a 1200 * 1200mm pallet.

In the planning of the entire warehouse, we combine the main channel with the rack access operation channel, and place the main channel at the front end of the high-level heavy-duty rack. This can ensure the maximum efficiency of multiple forklift operations and improve the storage and retrieval speed of the warehouse.

We have designed anti-collision foot guards for this batch of heavy-duty shelves at the edge of the main channel, mainly to prevent accidental operation of forklifts, which can directly hit the shelves and cause safety production accidents. This can effectively protect the shelves and prompt forklift workers for safe operation.
