It is a 5000㎡ plant, and there are totally around 300,000 piece of small appliance need to be stored in this warehouse.

Shelves near the stair, it is for easy manual storage, there with 3 layer with 15mm plywood laminate, totally 4 layer storage include the ground floor.

According to customer's storage requirement, there with 2 layer can offer 3 layer storage racking, and racking with 1 layer can offer 2 layer storage.

Racking designed in 3.6meter height, there are row spacers between the racks. Each layer can bear 1500kg and placing with 15mm plywood. And each layer equip with support bars.

Each upright fitted with protector. 

Heavy duty box beam connect with 4-jaw buckle being installed on the upright, cargo weight easily release on the beam and it is strong enough by forklift.

Warehouse after upgraded with racking, it can realize 300k piece of small appliance goods storage.
